The Hospitality group behind Market Garden Brewery launched their first restaurant concept in 2003: Bier Markt & Bar Cento, a beloved gem that helped fuel the renaissance of Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood. After a successful 19-year run, this thriving area was ready for new energy — and the ownership team wanted to create something completely new, special and exciting.
